STANDARD UK DELIVERY

For parcels weighing under 2kg, we generally send parcels a with Royal Mail service, however on occasions may send with another courier service. For parcels weighing more than 2kg, we generally send parcels with Collect+, as long as this is an available service in your area, or we will send your order in more than one package. Please ensure there will be someone at your shipping address to accept the delivery. You will receive an email and text message from Royal Mail letting you know your tracking number and the estimated delivery date. If you need to enquire about the whereabouts of your parcel, please allow the estimated delivery time to elapse before contacting us, unless of course you have an issue with your order.

Our delivery aim for Standard Delivery is 3-5 working days, but please note that this is only an aim and is not an assured delivery by a certain date. We ensure your order is dispatched within a timeframe to meet Royal Mail's delivery guidelines, and cannot take any responsibility for any delays that are outside of our control, e.g. courier delays, delays due to weather conditions. Please note that we cannot issue any refunds on parcels which have not arrived within the timeframe until Royal Mail have declared the parcel as lost, which is 10 working days after the last possible delivery date. This is also detailed within our Terms & Conditions of Sale. 

NEXT WORKING DAY UK DELIVERY

We use APC Overnight for your Next Working Day UK Delivery, providing you live in a serviceable area. If you live outside of a serviceable area e.g. off mainland UK, then we will send your item with Royal Mail Special Delivery or another suitable signed for Next Day service. Please ensure there will be someone at your shipping address to accept and sign for the delivery. If there is no answer at your home then your parcel may be left, at our discretion, with a neighbour for your convenience.

Please Note: Next Working Day Delivery is only available on orders placed before 3pm, Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Orders placed after this cut off will be dispatched the next working day. SATURDAY UK DELIVERY

We use Royal Mailfor our Saturday specified deliveries, provided you live in a serviceable area. This service is available on orders placed on any day if you specifically want it to arrive on the upcoming Saturday and you can order up until 3pm on the Friday before. Please ensure there will be someone at your shipping address to accept and sign for the delivery. Please Note: Saturday Delivery is only available on orders placed before 3pm Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. If you need to enquire about the whereabouts of your parcel, please allow the estimated delivery time to elapse before contacting us, unless of course you have an issue with your order.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Unless otherwise stated, all international orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail International Signed For. Delivery is tracked inside the UK and a Signature is required upon delivery. Delivery times are 5 to 14 working days from dispatch depending on your destination country (please see table above for more specific shipping times). Please note that unfortunately we do not currently have the facility to send out automated emails containing your order tracking number. If you need to enquire about the whereabouts of your parcel, please allow the estimated delivery time to elapse before contacting us, unless of course you have an issue with your order.

Please note: If you are an international buyer you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be covered by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from House of Jam, you are considered the importer of the item and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

 

Returns Policy

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from One Nation Clothing for a full refund.

Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods to Customer Care.

If however your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. Please include your original order form with all order details and fill in the returns section. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Delivery charges are only refundable if you have cancelled your entire order within the 7 day Cooling-Off Period or where the goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Replacement Returns Form

Please note that you have used any 'free postage' offer and then return items items from your order which make you order total less than total amount you need to spend to take advantage of the offer, we will deduct the usual shipping rate charge from your refund.

e.g. If you use the 'Free UK Shipping when you spend £100' on an order totalling £150, and then return £100 worth of items, your order value will then total £50, and we will therefore deduct the Standard Shipping rate charge of £3.95 when issuing your refund.

UK Returns

We offer a pre-paid returns service with Royal Mail. To use this service follow this link (or use the pre-paid sticky label that you will have received in your delivery):

Just fill out your details, print out your label & attach it securely to your parcel. Take to your local Post Office counter & ensure you retain proof of sending. If you choose to use this service, there will be a £3.50 charge deducted from your refund. The parcel can take up to 3 working days to be returned to our Warehouse & the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.

If you do not wish to use this service, then we advise you use a secure method of sending via a tracked/signed for safety and peace of mind. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

We will not be held responsible for any returns that we do not receive back due to loss by any courier or postal service.

International Returns

At the moment we do not have pre-paid returns method for international returns. It is up to the customer how they return any items, but the cost must be covered by the customer & we advise parcels to be send via a tracked/signed for service your safety and peace of mind.

*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation and with any tags still attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box with all protective packing in place. Any shoes with any signs of wear will not be refunded. Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.

 

Faulty Item

If an item you've received is faulty, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

 

I received the wrong item

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

 

Discount codes & vouchers

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

 

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, as such these items may be returned to you at your expense. You will be notified of the applicable charges. If you send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be irreversible authority for us to dispose of your goods without further notice. Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods.

 

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
