HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

 

To pay via credit/debit card

 

Step 1. After adding your products click on your cart, on the top right hand side of the screen where it shows your basket total. You’ll see everything you’ve added and can amend quantities here. Here you can also see your ‘shipping rates calculator’ – just select your country and postal/ZIP code and click ‘calculate shipping estimate’ if you want to see shipping costs here. If you require Next Day Delivery, you can select this later.

 

CLICK ‘Checkout’ if you want to use your credit/debit card. Our current card payment merchant is Worldpay.

 

Step 2. After clicking the ‘Checkout’ button you'll be taken to the next step where you need to enter your email and shipping address or you can log in to your account. If you have a discount code, you can also enter this now in the ‘Order Summary’ box now.

 

CLICK ‘Continue’

 

Step 3. Please now check your shipping address in the ‘Customer Information’ box. If you can see an error, just click ‘Edit’ and enter any changes you need to make.

 

You’ll now see your shipping options. The lowest price delivery option will automatically be selected, so if you require Next Day Delivery, please select this now.

 

Please now enter your valid credit/debit card details in the ‘Billing & Payment’ section or click to enter any gift card details. If you’d rather pay with PayPal, you can also choose this option here.

 

If your billing address is different from your shipping address then please ensure you select the ‘Use a different billing address’ to proceed.

 

CLICK ‘Continue’. THIS WILL NOT YET PLACE YOUR ORDER

 

Step 4. Here you review your order, along with your customer information, shipping type and billing & payment options.

 

CLICK ‘Place my order’.

 

Please give the page time to load and do not press ‘back’ or ‘refresh’ in your browser. You’ll then be taken through to your order confirmation page. If there’s a problem with your payment you’ll be taken back to the billing & payment page. Please re-check your details and once again proceed.

 

Step 5. Once once order has been received you’ll receive an automated email confirming your order details. You will receive a further email when your order is shipped.

 

Step 6. Sit back, relax and wait for your One Nation Clothing order to arrive! If you think your order should have arrived and is running late, then please don’t hesitate to contact us.

 

To pay via PayPal

CLICK ‘Checkout with PayPal’

 

Step 2. After clicking the ‘Checkout with PayPal’ button you'll be taken to the PayPal express checkout page where you select whether you want to pay with a debit or credit card of use an existing PayPal account.

 

If you use an existing PayPal account, just log in as usual. 

 

If you use a credit or debit card, it needs to be one that isn’t already linked to a PayPal account. You just need to select your card type and enter your card details, being sure to check your billing information.

 

CLICK ‘PAY NOW’ or ‘PAY’. THIS WILL NOT YET PLACE YOUR ORDER

 

Step 3. Here you'll be taken back to our website to review your order, along with your customer information, shipping type and billing & payment options.

 

CLICK ‘Place my order’.

I HAVE A PROMO CODE. HOW DO I USE IT?

You need to enter it upon checkout. You'll see the option to apply a promo code in the 'Order Summary' box. We cannot manually apply any discounts after your order has been placed.

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Delivery aim for Standard UK Delivery orders is 3-5 working days after dispatch, but can sometimes arrive a little quicker. To check out more info on dispatch and delivery times regarding Standard UK Delivery deliveries then please go to our Delivery & Returns page. If you placed an order over 5 working days ago please contact us with your order details and we will look in to it for you.

 

Delivery time for Next Working Day UK orders is 1 working day after dispatch. To check out more info on dispatch times regarding Next Day deliveries then please go to our Delivery & Returns page. If you think your delivery is late, please contact us with your order details and we will look in to it for you.

 

Overseas shipping can take between 3 and 10 working days. To check out more information on delivery times for international orders then please go to our Delivery & Returns page. If you think your delivery is late, please contact us with your order details and we will look in to it for you.

 

Please note that we try to ship all orders within 1 working day. Orders placed after 2pm are usually shipped the next working day.

I’M NOT HAPPY WITH MY ORDER. HOW DO I RETURN IT?

I’VE MADE A MISTAKE WITH MY ORDER. CAN I AMEND IT?

If you have noticed that you have made a mistake with your order, e.g. ordered and incorrect size or entered your shipping address incorrectly, then please contact us as soon as possible as we will do our best to amend this for you.

 

We like to work as quickly as possible at getting your order out to you so we will not be able to change order details if your order has already been shipped.

 

I HAVE A PROMO CODE BUT I FORGOT TO ENTER IT AT CHECKOUT. CAN YOU TAKE THE DISCOUNT OFF AFTER I'VE PLACED MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, once you've placed your order, we can't amend any discounts as the payment is processed immediately when you place the order. We recommend you keep your promo code safe and use it on your next order before the codes expires.

 

I INPUT MY PROMO CODE BUT IT DIDN'T WORK!

If you've tried to use a promo code and it hasn't worked, it may be that it isn't applicable to the items in your basket, it may have expired, or your basket total may not be high enough for the code to work. If you think that it hasn't worked out of error then please contact us and we will look in to it for you.

 

I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?

If you change your mind about your order and you've not yet received a dispatch email then contact us as soon as possible. In some instances we may be able to cancel your order, but more often than not your order will have already been processed. If this is the case, then just wait until your order arrives, and if you still don’t want it then you can return it to us. For more info on returns see our Delivery & Returns page.

 

I'M RETURNING MY ORDER FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE BUT I'VE LOST MY RETURNS FORM/PRE-PAID RETURNS LABEL

You can download a new returns form from our Delivery & Returns page - just be sure to fill out all of your details before putting parcel along with your unwanted items. If you need a new pre-paid Royal Mail returns label you'll also find the link on our Delivery & Returns page. Both links are in red.

 

I’M NOT SURE WHAT SIZE I NEED. DO YOU HAVE A SIZE CHART?

As we have clothing from different suppliers they can sometimes vary in that they can come e.g. S-XL, EU or UK sizing. We always try to list these as accurately as possible, comparing them to what they would be in UK sizes, and also list what size the model wears.

If you’re still unsure of what size to order, then you can always buy more than one size and return your unwanted items, or you can contact us and we’ll try and help you to decide. Please note that any advise given is only that, and we cannot guarantee the item will fit.
